TIMELINE
Your step-by-step itinerary
OBSERVATION:
This schedule is a template that CAN be used as a basic schedule used to create your INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - IDP.
This is merely a suggestion and can be used by any RAID Instructor Trainer teaching an IDP. However, IDP programming may need to be adjusted to meet the specific needs of each candidate, the Dive Center, and the IT department.
It should also be flexible enough for candidates who need more time to understand the concepts and learn at their own pace.
